Colorado's other game birds include wild turkey, ring-necked pheasant, mourning dove, band-tailed pigeon, and bobwhite, scaled and Gambel's quail. Sharp-tailed grouse, blue grouse and sage grouse range from the northwest part of the state through the mountain forest. Small game mammals include cottontail rabbits, jackrabbits, snowshoe hare and coyote."
